Who will I actually be working with?
You’ll work directly with Katie and Will, the two people who run KK Digital. Katie leads strategy, client relationships and project direction. Will handles technical development, project fulfilment and backend architecture. There are no account managers acting as middlemen, no juniors working on your site and nothing is outsourced. When you speak to us, you’re speaking to the people building your project.
What types of businesses do you specialise in?
We work exclusively with UK local service businesses. This includes trades such as builders, plumbers and roofers, professional services, health clinics and any business that generates revenue by delivering a service within a specific geographic area. If you rely on local leads and a strong online reputation, we’re built for you.
Why don't you have set prices listed on your website?
We can’t list set prices because we sell bespoke solutions instead of templatised packages. A simple 5-page local site requires different architecture and SEO work than a scalable 50-page site with CRM integrations, blogs and other custom functionality. We scope every project properly and provide clear quotes based on exactly what your business needs, with no hidden fees or arbitrary tiers.
How do we start the process of working together?
The first step is a brief, no-obligation discovery call. We’ll discuss your current digital presence, your goals and the challenges you’re facing. From there, we’ll outline the approach we’d recommend and, if it’s a good fit, move into a detailed scoping phase before providing a clear, fixed-price proposal.
Are we tied into long-term contracts?
No. Our ongoing services (such as hosting & maintenance or SEO retainers) operate on a rolling monthly basis. We don’t believe in locking clients into lengthy contracts. We’d rather keep your business by consistently delivering results.
How much of my time will this take?
Significantly less than you might expect. We manage the entire process and only need your input at specific, clearly defined stages (primarily during onboarding to gather your assets and content and during the review stage before launch). Most of our clients tell us the process was far less demanding than they anticipated.
